Mark Owen and wife Emma enjoy a stroll in sun after months of turmoil

He publicly apologised for having at least ten affairs and admitted himself to a rehab centre in a bid to curb his reliance on alcohol.

Now, it seems a reformed Mark Owen has also managed to win back his wife Emma.

The couple were pictured on a family stroll in west London with their two children, Elwood, 3, and one-year-old Willow Rose.

Road to recovery: Mark Owen, wife Emma and their two children have been pictured for the first time as a family since he confessed to cheating on her

With his son on his shoulders and Emma, 32, by his side, the Take That singer looked content and relaxed after months of turmoil.

An insider said: 'She's decided to give him one more chance. Things are far from rosy but they're starting to look up.'

In March this year the 38-year-old confessed to being repeatedly unfaithful - just six months after marrying his wife in a Scottish castle.

Far from rosy: The couple are trying to make their marriage work after Mark revealed that he had numerous affairs

He blamed his long battle with alcohol for his numerous affairs and, when the details emerged, he said he was 'deeply sorry' for his actions.

Immediately after news of his affairs broke, the couple separated and Mark admitted himself into rehab at The Priory in Roehampton early confessing he'd had a serious drink problem for ten years.

And although he has been the subject of bad press since the confession, at least one person doesn't see him as a love rat.

Last week Tom Jones voiced his support for Owen - and fellow alleged cheat Ronan Keating - saying their relationships would mend in time.

'Those boys have just got to ride the storm,' he said to the Daily Star. 'I’ve had ups and downs but I’ve stayed married.

'If you love one another you’ll pull it together.

'It’s not like they’ve killed anyone. Unfortunately it (infidelity) can happen when you’re on the road. It’s not premeditated.'

The Welsh singer, who has been married for 53 years to wife Linda, added: 'Sometimes things go further than they’re supposed to, but it’s no-one else’s business.'
