Gary Barlow regressa ao programa The X Factor como jurado. Este será o terceiro ano em que faz parte do painel de jurados no ano em que o programa compelta 10 anos. Gary disse "É óptimo estar de volta para o 10º aniversário do X Factor e o meu 3º ano no programa. Este ano será o nosso melhor ano. Temos um vencedor como James Arthur no ano passado foi um grande desafio. Eu espero que a sua autenticidade e credibilidade irá atrair concorrentes semelhantes e eu estou muito ansioso com isso."
A novidade deste ano é a Sharon Osbourne que substitui a Tulisa Contostavlos. Nicole Scherzinger e Louis Walsh completam o painel de jurados deste ano.
