Quem pode assitir aos shows do Take That mas perdeu a oportunidade de comprar os ingressos, pois todas as datas foram esgotadas, não se preocupe. O site oficial da banda acaba de informar que ingressos extras estarão à venda amanhã, a partir das 9 e meia da manhã (horário de Londres) nos seguintes sites: Gigsandtours.com , Ticketline.co.uk , Ticketmaster.co.uk . Alguns artistas também foram confirmados como participação epsecial na abertura dos shows da turnê "The Circus": Gary Go, The Script, The Saturdays, James Morrison e Lady Gaga. Take That fará concerto na Fórmula 1

Take That Unveil Book Deal

An amazing Take That photographic book will be published later this year, charting the band's story from the very beginning to the present day.

The book will be released in two volumes and will include personal pictures and previously unseen archive images as well as specially commissioned new photography. The accompanying text will be written by the band.

The book will hit the shelves in October 2009 and is as yet untitled. Take That's manager, Jonathan Wild, said: 'The guys have wanted to do a book for a long time, but it was important that the timing, as well as the creative idea, was right. They're really looking forward to producing what will be a fantastic collector's piece featuring imagery spanning two decades along with comment which is both honest and personal'.

Take That vai publicar um livro

World Rights to a photographic book by Take That have been acquired by Rowland White at Michael Joseph from Eugenie Furniss and Sol Parker at William Morris and Jonathan Wild at 10 Management. The book is to be published in two volumes and will celebrate the Take That story, from the formation of the band in 1990 right up to the present day.

The images will include personal pictures, previously unseen images from the Take That archive, as well as specially commissioned, stunning new photography. The accompanying text will be written by the band.

Jonathan Wild, on behalf of the band said: "The guys have wanted to do a book for a long time, but it was important that the timing, as well as the creative idea was right. They’re really looking forward to producing what will be a fantastic collector’s piece featuring imagery spanning almost two decades along with comment which is both honest and personal."

White said: "The inspiring return of Take That has been pop's biggest and best good news story. And nothing short of astonishing. I'm very proud indeed that Penguin will be collaborating with the nation’s favourite band on this ground- breaking and enormously exciting project."

The book will be published in October 2009 following the band’s summer tour.

News from the Official Take That Website is that Take That have recently returned from a hugely successful promotional trip around Europe.

They performed ‘The Garden', the second single released in Europe from their album The Circus, on some of the biggest shows in Europe, such as Mooi Weer De Leeu (Holland), MusicStar (Switzerland), X-Factor (Denmark and Italy) and Wetten Daas (Germany).

Take That are now taking a well-earned break to recharge their batteries for their huge upcoming tour, which begins in just 60 days! It has certainly come round very quickly! Please keep checking back for updates.

U2 vendem metade do que os Take That

O El Times de Londres revelou que “No Line on the horizon”, novo álbum de U2 vendeu no Reino Unido, apenas no primeiro dia 65 mil cópias. Exactamente, a metade que venderam Take That há uns meses atrás, que apenas num dia venderam 133.000 cópias do seu álbum “The Circus”, um pouco mais das 125.000 cópias que venderam Colplay com “Viva la Vida”

O novo single "The Garden" saiu do Top 100 de Singles.
O álbum The Circus desceu 7 posições. Neste momento está na posição 12.
No Top 40 de Downloads, "Up All Night" também caiu 8 posições caindo para a 27ª posição.

“Greatest Day” é lançado no dia 13 de Outubro, sendo o primeiro single do álbum “The Circus”. É o Single mais vendido em Inglaterra, assim como o tema mais tocado. ‘The Circus’ contabilizou, até esta data, 600 mil unidades pré-vendidas na Grã-Bretanha, o que equivale à maior pré-venda neste mercado em 2008.
