In March this year nine celebrities undertook the mammoth challenge of climbing the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro to raise money for Comic Relief.
Thanks to the support of the British public their incredible effort raised over £3.5 million, and next week five of the climbers will travel to Uganda to see for themselves how some of that money is helping to fight malaria, Africa's biggest killer.
Gary Barlow, Kimberley Walsh, Chris Moyles, Ben Shephard and Fearne Cotton are visiting Uganda assisting with the distribution of half a million mosquito nets, and witnessing how these simple items can help save lives.

The blond hair, the bow tie, the cute dimples... you'd be excused for thinking it was classic children's character Little Lord Fauntleroy - but it's actually Mark Owen.
It seems the Take That star, who got married a week or so ago, has already given up on trying to dress fashionably - and is now taking style tips from Louis Walsh.
The X Factor judge was amusingly referred to as "Professor Yaffle" by Dermot O'Leary on X Factor because he was sporting a bow tie - but that hasn't discouraged Mark from wearing one in public too.
He was snapped with the rest of the band at the launch of Sony's SingStar Take That edition at the Tabernacle restaurant in London.
