Robbie and Gary Take That Bromance to Germ

Robbie Williams and Gary Barlow performed on Popstars Live in Cologne yesterday. The pair sang together for the first time in 15 years at September's Help for Heroes concert, and since then they've sung their duet "Shame" on Strictly Come Dancing. Take That gave their first performance as a five piece last weekend, and they'll be singing together again tonight on Children In Need. The reunited band are already winning accolades and breaking records for album sales and tour tickets. Test your Robbie knowledge by taking my quiz on famous Robs.

Gary donates lyrics

In a bid to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust, Gary Barlow has donated handwritten 'Back For Good' lyrics to 'the art of the song' auction run by Bonhams and the 'Performing Right Society for Music', taking place on 15 December.

Gary, along with Sir Paul McCartney, Sting, Annie Lennox and many others have donated their chosen lyrics to raise money for NHS Cancer units across the country.

Teenage Cancer Trust funds specialist teenage cancer units in NHS hospitals and with only 17 units across the country the aim of the auction is to raise money to build a further 16.
For more information on this auction, please visit www.prsformusic.com/artofthesong or www.bonhams.com/entertainment for more details.

Shame: Watch The Making Of The Video

You've seen the bromance-fuelled video, now check out what happened behind-the-scenes on set at the Shame video shoot as we catch up with Robbie and Gary Barlow in the 'Making Of' film.

Shot over two days in Chatsworth, Los Angeles, the boys were up early at 5am each day to kick off filming. It was an exhausting 48 hours for the recently re-united bandmates (especially with so much uphill running involved!) but was all worth it in the end and Robbie commented that the video shoot was "a good day for pop"!

Find out what how Robbie gets in the zone for some serious acting, why Gary enjoys being in Robbie's videos and what Robbie's looking forward to at the end of the video shoot in the video below..!

Howard Donald loses court battle to hide secret lover

Howard Donald with an unknown woman (Pic:Splashnews.com)

Take That star Howard Donald yesterday lost a court battle to hide a secret lover he dated behind the backs of two long-term partners.

The pop romeo, 42, slapped a gagging order on Adakini Ntuli - followed by a second order stopping the press even mentioning that he had taken out the first one.

Now the Appeal Court has scrapped the second gag but the initial one has stayed in place.

It means Adakini is still barred from talking about the nine-year affair, during which he was with victoria Piddington and Marie-Christine Musswessels, who both have his children. But Howard - now romancing a mystery brunette - is not the father of single mum Adakini's two kids.

Earlier this year Adakini hired PR guru Max Clifford and began talks with a Sunday newspaper about telling the story of their 2000-2009 affair.

In March she sent the boy band singer a text demanding: "Why shud I continue 2 suffer financially 4 the sake of loyalty when selling my story will sort my life out?" He hit back with a first injunction and a follow-up super-injunction. Judges have now snubbed Adakini's bid to overturn the original gag but agreed to lift the second.

Lord Justice Maurice Kay said the first order covered "intimate, personal or sexually explicit details... including any facts of a sexual nature" as well as "intimate or sexual activity" However, he and his fellow judges ruled that the singer had no right to remain anonymous and the superinjunction was inappropriate. Howard hailed the decision to keep his ex-lover from selling her story.

His spokesman said Howard had taken out the order "to protect his children from this kind of story and because he believes what took place in private should remain private and not be exploited for financial gain.

"Howard is pleased the Court of Appeal has upheld the injunction."

The star has a child Grace, 11, with victoria. They split in 2002 after he met Marie-Christine in Germany.

He and Marie-Christine, who have daughter Lola, five, broke up in 2009 after he cheated on her with Dutch woman Merith van Onselen, 28.

Howard and his band pals Gary Barlow, Jason Orange, Mark Owen, and Robbie Williams released their new album Progress this week.

Take That arrasam vendas com novo álbum

"Progress" em destaque no Reino Unido

O aguardado regresso dos Take That à formação original superou todas as expectativas.

TAKE THAT- The Flood X factor 2010 - 14-11-2010

Álbum dos Take That bate recorde

Take That album breaks records

Take That's new album has been confirmed as the fastest-selling this century.

'Progress', which is the band's first album in 16 years to feature Robbie Williams, sold 235,000 copies in its first day.

The record sales came just a day after the band performed together for the first time since their reunion on Sunday night's 'X Factor'.

Oasis's third album, 'Be Here Now', still holds the record for the biggest first day sales after it shifted 350,000 in 24 hours back in 1997.

Speaking about Take That's sales, Martin Talbot from the Official Charts Company, said: "This is a phenomenal achievement from an already phenomenally successful band."

Earlier this month, the band smashed another record when their tour became the biggest and fastest-selling in UK history.

Ticket websites went into meltdown when a million tickets were sold in just eight hours and more than 1.3 million tickets have now been bought for the sell out dates next summer.
