Take That podem continuar sem Robbie Williams

Howard Donald proves he's still got it as he shows off impressive physique on the beach in Barbados

He was one of the fittest members of Take That and needed no excuse to show off his six-pack.

And while Howard Donald might be a little softer round the middle, he proved that he's still as sexy as he was all those years ago.

Donald, 42, showed off an impressive physique yesterday as he strolled the beach in Barbados.

Accompanied by his girlfriend Katie Halil, he walked the surf on the Caribbean island in a pair of long shorts and white-rimmed sunglasses.

Also joining him was daughter Grace, 11, and one of Gary Barlow's daughters.

He looked relaxed as he basked in the sun, as he put last month's troubles behind him.

His ex-lover Adakini Ntuli opened up about their illicit relationship after a 'super-injunction' he was granted against her was lifted.

She revealed that during their nine year relationship, he cheated on both mothers of his two children with Ntuli.

Howard has joined Barlow, and other Take That stars Mark Owen and Jason Orange for New Year in Barbados with their families.

Notably absent from the party was newly-reunited member Robbie Williams who is probably in Los Angeles with his new bride Ayla Fields.

Take That will be making the most of the break before rehearsals for their summer tour start in the new year.
