Gary's den...No 10

THE dabbers were out and eyes were down when GARY BARLOW held a BINGO bash to mark his tenth wedding anniversary.

The TAKE THAT star and a gang of his closest pals marked the milestone date with missus DAWN.

He really laid on a special evening to make his lady feel like the 73.

If that's left you confused, I've added some bingo calls to get into the spirit of things. See the column on the right to decipher them.

Bizarre Lord Gaz looked to his roots in the working men's clubs of the North West by hosting a bit of Housey Housey for his showbiz clan.

Number's up ... Howard Donald arrives at Gary Barlow's bash

MARK OWEN, and HOWARD DONALD were early arrivals at Tuesday's do.

Other mates from his Comic Relief Mount Kilimanjaro climb - FEARNE COTTON, RONAN KEATING, DENISE VAN OUTEN and ALESHA DIXON - also made an appearance.

But the venue could not have been further removed from your average social club.

Gary shelled out a small fortune to hire a function room at London's posh Mandarin Oriental hotel and also to put some of his guests up for the night.

And number five, the idea went down like a House on fire.

A source said: "Where Gary finds the time to organise everything is unbelievable.

"He spent a lot of money to make sure Dawn had a party to remember, treating her to a couple of nights in the hotel's most luxurious suite. "All their closest pals were there to enjoy it. "Gaz hosted the bingo, calling the numbers out. All the cards and dabbers were on their tables and they all got into the spirit of things.

"BEVERLEY KNIGHT, Denise Van Outen and Cheryl Cole all got a full house."

There wasn't a dry eye in the house when Howard and Mark got up and gave a speech for their friend and his wife.

There was a fundraising element to the evening too, with proceeds going to Gary's charity of choice, Barnado's.

After the bingo finished the guests all had a bit of a 35 and everyone felt like 17s.
