Aqui está o novo vídeo dos TT
Popstars Take That descended on a quiet residential street to film their new music video.
Multi platinum selling heart-throbs Take That were in Gurney Crescent in Croydon this afternoon to film the video for new single “Up all night”.
The set was cordoned off and awash with security, who were obviously doing a good job as there were no autograph hunters or screaming fans in sight.
Eagle eyed spotters could see Mark Owen, Jason Orange, Gary Barlow, Howard Donald milling around the street of Purley way.
The come-back kings of last year have themed the video around a street party. Balloons and bunting could be seen from behind the tight security cordon. One resident said: “I don’t mind it, this place is usually pretty boring.”
The video's producer, Paul Preston, said: “Croydon police and council have been fantastic. The director chose this street because of its aesthetics, it really portrays the community feel we were looking for. The residents have been very welcoming and are very nice people. The boys are having a great time and are enjoying Croydon.”
The producer added: “It was very tough to keep the location secret.”
Lucky residents were able to appear in the background of the video and perform with the stars.
Luke Marshall, location manager, added: "The director wanted a 1930s council estate. I knew Croydon had a lot to offer and in the end we had 17 locations to view. The director looked at this one and said he did not need to look at any others.
"He said it was iconic and very photogenic."
But people trying to spot the famous wtaer towers nearby will be disappointed as these needed to be cut out.
Mr Marshall explained: "It is meant to look like any street in the UK and the water towers are so well known as being in Croydon."
