The Sun can exclusively reveal the lads' first single since they announced this month they were reforming will be called The Flood.
Robbie, GARY BARLOW, JASON ORANGE, MARK OWEN and HOWARD DONALD pulled on Oxford and Cambridge-style rowing outfits to film on Dorney Lake, Berks, where events for the 2012 Olympics will be... held.
The boys spent nearly four hours filming on the water on Monday - at one stage meeting up with girls from Britain's Olympic rowing team. Yesterday they filmed the end of the video for two hours on the Thames at Runnymede, Surrey - opposite the spot where the Magna Carta was signed in 1215.
They climbed into a specially- made sculling boat, customised to accommodate a fifth rower.
On the first day of the shoot, they were towed along by another vessel.
But on Day Two they got the hang of it and rowed themselves - collapsing in fits of giggles and taking the mickey out of each other if one of them missed a stroke.
At one point, 36-year-old Robbie stopped for a ciggie - before jumping into the water to cool off.
