Take That are up for Best Live Act at this year's Q Awards!!!
The world's finest music awards is upon us once more. Ladies and Gentlemen, start your voting engines - and win the chance to join us on the day!
Last year's Q Awards with Russian Standard Vodka saw Grace Jones in a devil mask, Coldplay wearing Napoleonic army cast-offs and Kaiser Chiefs dressed as, er, bin men. This year's Q Awards, on Monday, 26 October, will be a similarly star-studded affair and will no doubt also feature plenty of sartorial madness - and, of course, much more besides.
They are up against The Prodigy, Coldplay, U2. Oasis, Kasabian, Arctic Monkeys and Blur. So it's stiff competition!
You can vote for the lads here: http://awards.qthemusic.com/

JOHN LENNON's widow revealed she is a big fan of the man band - and named their No1 Shine as her favourite track.
Beaming Yoko said: "I love Shine. I know most of their greatest hits. They're a great British band."
And the feeling's mutual.
Mark said: "It's amazing that Yoko thinks that about our music. It is an honour to accept an award from her."
The pat on the back from Yoko at last night's bash comes after Gary and Co have been holed up in Abbey Road Studios for two days working on a secret project.
The lads have just returned from a three-month break and met up on Monday at the famous London studios where THE BEATLES recorded almost all their famous hits.
A new live DVD is being released in time for Christmas documenting Take That's sold-out Circus UK tour.
The DVD will also feature a bonus disc of the band playing hits in the world-famous Studio Two at Abbey Road - where hits including Hey Jude were recorded.
Just so you know, Gary is on piano, Mark on bass, Jason on guitar and Howard on drums.
Speaking just before the GQ bash, Gary said: "It's been absolutely amazing in Abbey Road. "The place just has an aura about it. There's so much history about it. I'd love to record our next album there."
All of the lads are relishing being back in the studio after their well-deserved break.
Jason said: "We've had a great holiday and now it's back to work."
And Howard told me: "I did some DJing in Ibiza so I haven't had as long a holiday as the other guys but it's good to be back. I've played a bit of golf but I'm not ready to take you on yet, Smarty."
Gary also revealed he has had a listen to old bandmate ROBBIE WILLIAMS' new album Reality Killed The Video Star - and loved it.
He said: "I've heard Robbie's album. I think it's great. "I can hear TREVOR HORN's influence on it. I would buy anything that guy does. "Rob's music still has an Eighties electronic feel but it sounds fresh."
The Take That boys have given their stamp of approval to the solo comeback bid of long lost brother Robbie Williams.
Singer Mark Owen says he was one of the first to have a listen to Rob's new hit Bodies and has branded it 'brilliant'.
Meanwhile the dad of two was revelling in a rare night out on the lash after his band scooped the best Band gong at the GQ shindig. The 37-year-old said: 'We haven't had a decent night out in ages because of the tour, so it's just great to finally get out.'
GARY BARLOW has been on his hols for three months.
He was in a sociable mood on Tuesday night. In fact, on the evidence of the other night charming YOKO ONO and DIZZE RASCAL, he's welcome to a job on Bizarre. Ring me with the stories, Gary.
Mum Beverley said: "We were really worried about her when she was little. "We thought something was wrong but it turned out she was just painfully shy.
"She didn't really start talking until she went to school. I thank her stage school Italia Conti for drawing her out of herself." The Essex singer is set to land her second No 1 on Sunday with single Boys And Girls.
She was 6,000 sales ahead of DAVID GUETTA who has released When Love Takes Over featuring KELLY ROWLAND in the midweek chart.
Pixie was at her first GQ Awards on Tuesday night - where I saw more than a few lads giving her the eye. The night before MICKEY ROURKE, who was also at the bash, tried his luck.
She said: "He was lovely but he's old enough to be my dad. "I don't have a fella but there are a couple of options. "I really don't have time for a man, though. I'm too busy. If I did meet someone, it would be easier if they weren't famous."
Chat ... Gary Barlow with Pixie Lott
TASTY Take Thatter Jason Orange was so drunk at the GQ Men of the Year awards, he couldn’t be bothered to carry his Best Band gong around.
An hour later he returned, gave us a sloppy kiss, stroked our faces and minced off. He promptly left his gong in a corner.

Their rise to the top was well-documented in the media but in Take One they tell, for the first time, their version of this incredible story of superstardom.

Take Two
Michael Joseph
Hardback : 29 Oct 2009
Synopsis
When Gary Barlow, Howard Donald, Jason Orange and Mark Owen released 'Patience' on November 20, 2006, over a decade since Take That split up, the world welcomed them back with open arms to their rightful position at the top of the charts. Their return to glory has become one of the most exciting stories in British pop music and in Take Two they tell the amazing story of their comeback for the first time.
